There are many small pleasures that make my job a delight – the wonder of email, texting and voicemail that makes communication so easy and immediate, the character and kindness of our typical customers, the aesthetic of New England’s homes, both inside and out – eye candy for someone whose profession involves assessment of the built environment … but one of the greatest pleasures is reading the project and customer evaluations that cross my desk.
One client in particular, who has hired us to perform different projects on her home for the last 10 years, felt the need to email a few times during her most recent project. To wit; “Eraldo is one of Catchlight’s greatest assets…he is one of the kindest and sweetest people I’ve ever known…treasure him – I’d kill to have an entire cadre of people like him working for me.”
She continued, “It’s rare that I’m rendered speechless. Tonight, there was a magnificent orchid sitting on the counter…I opened the card and it read ‘A…e, thank you for treating us so nicely – Eraldo, Wanderson and Eduardo’. They do so much more for me than I do for them….they are so kind, caring and thoughtful…my home is immaculate at the end of each day…the paint job is
superior….my deepest thanks for sending them to me. I feel so lucky and happy.”
Kudos to Eraldo, the foreman, for this wonderful testimonial. He is indeed one of our greatest
assets, highly skilled, efficient and a craftsman without equal.
P.S. I’m used to seeing him only in work clothes so we were pleased to grab these images off his Facebook page.
Many thanks, Eraldo, for all that you do for us and our clients!
