Project Summary

The focal point of this Newton 1930’s Colonial home, this kitchen and breakfast nook deserved something lighter and brighter. The beautiful 18-year old cabinets with stunning diagonal mullion detail were painted Benjamin Moore’s Dove Wing, the wood stained island was left as is for dramatic effect, and new life was added to the seating area with lighter tones. The result is a kitchen refreshed, a more welcoming space for family and friends or for quiet mornings.
